Is my HIV status confidential with All Life?
Yes, your personal information is confidential and is only used for pricing and adherence purposes. It is not shared with the Association for Savings and Investment South Africa.
What happens to my All Life policy if I become non-adherent?
You must attend regular HIV monitoring blood tests and start and remain on anti-retroviral therapy. You will be sent reminders to encourage you to remain adherent.
Can I take out a loan against my All Life policy?
All Life does not grant loans, but you may cede the policy to a loan provider.
